Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Provide industry-leading customer service by going above and beyond to ensure all aspects of a customer's needs are met and every client has a positive experience.
• Pursue sales opportunities by phone. You will be expected to call existing and potential new clients on a daily basis to grow the business.
• Other duties include service activations, processing customer account changes and bill payments, responding to billing inquiries, equipment replacement, and processing price plan changes and upgrades.
• Ensure all appropriate documentation and data entry is complete.
• Assist in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of store inventory.
• Reconcile cash (bank deposit, safe fund/till fund, daily financial transactions) and follow bank deposit procedures. Perform reporting functions as required.
• Manage customer service concerns by creating lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain store appearance and the optimization of showroom selling area.
• Flexible to work in multiple locations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Customer relationship management including follow ups, sales promotions, business opportunities and referrals.
• College degree is preferred but not required
• Wireless experience preferred
• Work independently in a retail location
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Work a flexible rotating retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
