Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Provide industry-leading customer service by going above and beyond to ensure all aspects of a customer's needs are met and every client has a positive experience.
- Pursue additional sales opportunities by phone and in person. You will be expected to call existing and potential new clients on a daily basis to grow the business.
- Ensure all appropriate documentation and data entry is complete.
- Assist in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of store inventory.
- Reconcile cash (bank deposit, safe fund/till fund, daily financial transactions) and follow bank deposit procedures. Perform reporting functions as required.
- Manage customer service concerns and create lasting customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations and frequently following up.
- Maintain store appearance.
- Flexible to work in multiple locations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties include activating devices, processing customer account changes and bill payments, assisting with billing inquiries, troubleshooting and upgrading devices, and processing price plan changes and upgrades.
- College degree is preferred but not required
- Wireless experience preferred
- Work independently in a retail location
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Work a flexible rotating retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
