Wireless Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
• Customer relationship management including follow ups, sales promotions, business opportunities and referrals
• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Servicing device activations, account changes and bill payments.
• Ensuring that all appropriate documentation and data entry is complete.
• Assisting in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection.
• Creating and analyzing reports.
• Maintaining the store's appearance.
• College Degree is preferred but not required
• Work independently in a retail location
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Work a flexible rotating retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
