Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Provide industry-leading customer service by going above and beyond to ensure all aspects of a customer's needs are met and every client has a positive experience.
  • Pursue additional sales opportunities by phone and in person. You will be expected to call existing and potential new clients on a daily basis to grow the business.
  • Ensure all appropriate documentation and data entry is complete.
  • Assist in the administrative functions of the store, including cash management and asset protection of store inventory.
  • Reconcile cash (bank deposit, safe fund/till fund, daily financial transactions) and follow bank deposit procedures. Perform reporting functions as required.
  • Manage customer service concerns and create lasting customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations and frequently following up.
  • Maintain store appearance.
  • Flexible to work in multiple locations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties include activating devices, processing customer account changes and bill payments, assisting with billing inquiries, troubleshooting and upgrading devices, and processing price plan changes and upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree is preferred but not required
  • Wireless experience preferred
  • Work independently in a retail location
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Professional appearance
  • Work a flexible rotating retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
